Purchase Terms

Mainline Domains is operated by Mainline Marketing Group, LLC. These terms explain our purchasing process. Review the listing, checkout details, and any written transaction agreement before paying.

What you are purchasing

A domain-only listing covers the domain name. Hosting, website content, email services, and other assets are separate unless expressly included in the listing and written agreement. A website preview does not establish that the website is included. Confirm availability and the agreed assets before purchase.

Price and payment

The listing and checkout or agreed transaction terms establish the price and payment method. Mainline Domains coordinates the transfer after direct payment is confirmed or escrow confirms funds are secured. Payment does not automatically transfer a domain to your account. Mainline Domains pays the escrow service fee for transactions arranged through Escrow.com.

Domain transfers

You must supply accurate receiving account details and follow registrar acceptance instructions. Transfer timing depends on payment verification, your response, registrar requirements, and applicable restrictions. Future domain renewal fees are your responsibility unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Annual hosting and the domain buyer offer

Hosting is purchased separately. Domain buyers may arrange 40% off the first year of a Year Hosting package by contacting us with their domain purchase confirmation before paying for hosting. Later years renew at the regular annual package price disclosed before purchase. Domain renewals and separately quoted services are outside this hosting discount.

Leasing, support, and outcomes

A leasing inquiry is not a lease or reservation. Leasing and additional services require separately agreed terms. A domain purchase does not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue, or trademark rights. Buyers should assess the name’s suitability and any potential rights conflicts for their intended use.

Questions and disputes

Contact us promptly about an order problem. Read our transfer and refund request information. Escrow transactions are also subject to their agreed escrow terms. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
